We have been very happy with our experiences with Nationwide for our pet's insurance. From submitting a claim to getting a payment it couldn't be easier.

Embrace really helped me in time of great need
Jasmine was over 11 years old when she developed Lymphoma, a fatal cancer of the lymph nodes. Diagnosing it was a slow, painful process. She began by throwing up what she ate. But she had always tended to throw up and it took me a while to realize this was different. We took her to the vet three times before it was obvious what the problem was and we realized we couldn't help any more. The vet was very helpful during this process but each visit was very expensive and I continued to bring her, hoping that I would be able to get some kind of reimbursement. Insurers being what they are, I expected a struggle with poor results. I wrote to Embrace asking how to make the claims and they answered me quickly with instructions on how to send my vet's email address along with the claims. I filed and to my surprise, and relief, the claims were processed quickly and I received a substantial reimbursement. Losing Jasmine was very sad. I and my household will all miss her. But at least the sadness was not complicated by the dread that comes with large, unpayable medical bills. So thank you, Embrace.

Healthy Paws - Helpful, Caring, and Effective Insurance
We decided to go with Healthy Paws after researching several insurance companies before getting our first puppy, and what a blessing it has been for us. In the first two months of owning our puppy she had an extended stay at the hospital. The Healthy Paws staff was helpful on the phone and through claims processing. They were incredibly fast and it was always clear what was and wasn't covered. It's so nice having the peace of mind that there are no annual or lifetime maximums, and that our puppy will always be covered. We're so thankful for Healthy Paws and will be insuring any future pets with them.

Simply the Best
We didn't really have a significant problem that triggered reimbursement for a few years, but when we did Healthy Paws was a life-saver. They have been consistent with reimbursements and never discourage us from getting treatment to avoid expense. They are absolutely wonderful. Wish my health insurance was as supportive!

Grateful to have Pet Insurance
My 6 year old Golden had a leg injury and he required ACL surgery. I submitted the estimate first to see if it would be covered. I was grateful that most of it would be covered. I had to use credit cards to pay it upfront but I was so relieved that I would get reimbursed for most of it. After submitting the claim online, it was a week to have the money deposited in my account. The company called to find out how my was doing post surgery. They are a caring company.

Very quick turnaround
I was VERY impressed by how quickly Hartville reimbursed me for a $4,000 claim when my dog needed surgery to repair a torn ACL. Within less than two weeks, I received my reimbursement in my bank account. No hassles, no arguing, no endless amounts of paperwork. Just a VERY fast claim made online and BAM. DONE. We love Nationwide!
Our little 4.4lb maltese Rainey got sick. We really did not know what was happening. It took awhile to get things under control. Turns out that she had bronchitis which may be due to asthma. We will see. Love Nationwide Pet Insurance. Claims are paid so quickly. I highly recommend anyone with a dog or cat to get this pet insurance. You will not be disappointed. Our insurance includes the wellness plan. Very easy to submit a claim.
