I'm singing your praises
My friends have been waiting to hear about Collin's claim for his recent visit to the vet. They wanted to know if it was really true that Nationwide covers 90% of the claim. I couldn't wait to tell them how easy the process was and that Nationwide was true to their word. Thank you for the wonderful coverage.

I'm so glad I chose to insure all my dogs with Nationwide
I've been very happy with what claims are paid and how much is covered. Claims adjusting takes longer than I had expected. The process could be more streamlined for insured and insurer. Overall I'm very satisfied and would continue coverage on all my dogs and I highly recommend anyone with a pet who doesn't have unlimited funds also carry coverage and Nationwide's Whole Health is my choice.

Appreciate the speedy response
We received the check within days of submitting the claim. We appreciate the speedy response. Do think the premium is way too high. It has increased so much over the last couple of years that we may have to drop it.

The whole process was so simple and easy
The whole process was so simple and easy. I logged on to the app to research "how to file a claim" and discovered it was as easy as snapping a picture of my detailed receipt, answering a few questions and clicking submit. I got immediate notification that my claim was received, got an email a few days later with the explanation of benefits and payment was in my account shortly after that. It is so reassuring to know I no longer have to worry about taking my darling doggie to the vet. Thanks Pets Best!

Trupanion would deliver the service just as they said they would. The claim was easy as 1 2 3 no fuss no red tape no nothing. I submitted the invoice, Trupanion processed it and that's it. Thank you so much.

You get what you pay for
When I was just thinking of cancelling the insurance for my healthy dog, boom the tumors come although thank god they were benign it was pressing against her sciatic nerve. While recovering she injured the opposite hind leg and now a ACL tear! My poor doggy and my poor wallet but was very relieved when my insurance checks came in the mail from the first surgery. Yes...keep the insurance 👍
