Best investment I've ever made!
When my kitty got really sick, and I had to take him to the ER, I didn't know how I was going to pay the bill (or any bill after that). I signed up for the insurance and have used it several times. It's really nice to know that my kitty can get great medical treatment when he needs it. Thanks!

From Claim to Paid, in less than a week!
My little Maltipoo had to go to the emergency room with acute back pain at 3am. The doctor treated Tiger and he was released that same morning. I filed a claim that same day to reimburse me for upfront costs I paid for an after hours visit. Trupanion reviewed the claim and approved it in 3 days. I was setup for direct deposit and had funds in my account within 5 days of my claim. With a traumatic event, the last thing I wanted to worry about was the financials... and Trupanion was true to their agreement. I will be a lifelong customer with service like this! Lonnie

Definitely worth having
I've had pet insurance for my dog ever since she had to undergo a surgical procedure at a fairly young age and I had to pay for everything. For most of the time I've had this policy, it hasn't been necessary. Fast forward to 8 vet visits over 2 months for 2 separate issues and I'm glad I have this insurance. Claims can be a little slow to process and I really wish you didn't have to pay the vet out of pocket and then get reimbursed, but otherwise this insurance is completely worth it.

Without Trupanion Insurance, I would have lost my house.
I have 4 cats, two are 10 years old, one is 9 and one is 4. I rescued all of them. Trupanion has been there for me and them for 10 years. They have always been right there when I needed them. I am probably up to $50,000 in veterinary bills. They have paid every one. It is so easy. One form to fill out. My vet faxes it to Trupanion and I receive an e-mail in days. The money is put into my checking account. They have never cancelled me, unlike other pet insurance companies. They are always there to talk to even late at night. Every vet takes this insurance. You pay the bill. They reimburse you as soon as possible. It is worth every dime you pay monthly. In an emergency whether it is illness or accident, they take care of the charges. I have told EVERYONE i KNOW to please get Trupanion.

Very user friendly
The claims process is very user friendly and I received a prompt response. It would be beneficial if the claim that was mailed listed what my deductible is and what my plan covers.

3 sick dogs at the same time. Life is tough now. Pet's Best has been right there with me & provided not only timely reimbursement, but compassionate support & advice from their patient & kind customer service team. I would highly recommend Pet's Best. They are a legitimate & honest company.
