I wish my Aetna dental claims were this easy. I open the app on my iPad and take a photo of the bill. Hit send and in a few days the check is directly deposited into my checking account. It couldn't be easier.

Claim paid quickly
Claim paid quickly BUT they also sent me some information on my remaining cat's policy. I really didn't have to be reminded that I have only one cat now. Rather harsh.

Pets Best insurance has been a god send
My dog has had many health issues in the last 2 years. Pets Best insurance has been a god send. It is hard enough to make tough medical decisions about a beloved pet. mitigating the financial burden certainly made all the medical decisions easier. I am so glad I have Pets Best Insurance!

Doesn't cover pre-existing conditions
I have an animal named Augie that was a rescue and adopted by my mother I have inherited this cat and purchased the best of the plans you offer BUT you won't cover her on chronic issue because you deemed it entirely pre-existing condition and will cover non of these bills. That is extremely disappointing as I am such a good client and pay a huge amount each year for multiple animals. Chase had a bit of a tough year with a cancer scare and then an ear infection and stomach issue. Early on I spoke to one of your customer service reps and she was extremely helpful and provided clarity to the entire process as well as had sincere empathy for my situation. Dependable insurance ensures that your pet can get the care they need
My dog is part toy poodle and they tend to have knee caps that pop out. It was starting to affect her ability to run around care free. The orthopedic vet said that we could put surgery off for a while, but he wouldn't recommend it, since she will suffer more cartilage damage and develop arthritis at an early age. We've had Healthy Paws coverage since Pixie was a puppy and they covered the surgery for both knees, quickly, efficiently and with no hassles or questions. It's nice to only pay a few hundred dollars for a $3400 surgery! I tell everyone I know with a dog to get insurance. I never want to worry about whether I can afford to give my dog the care she needs.

So glad we have pet insurance!
Sometimes we go months betweenvet visits and sometimes it seems we go several times a week with one pet or another. People think pet ownership isn't expensive but doing it right and not having to postpone vet care is expensive. Nationwide picks up the bulk of the cost and lets me manage a significant but reasonable monthly cost. Having those reimbursement checks come in is awesome.

Great coverage!
Immediately I adopted my cat I made sure he was insured, I wanted a plan that included wellness care and this was the only one. The premium is good, I paid for 90% coverage so It's a little bit more expensive but worth it in case my furry baby gets sick. The only bad thing I could say is that It takes almost a month to get reimbursed and that's kind of long in my opinion. Other than that, it's easy to claim expenses, I snap a few pictures and that's all, then they deposit to my account. Easy right?
