Trupanion has been great!
Thank you so much for the way you have handled Louie's claims. Customer service, response time on claims, and fairness of claim settlements have all been excellent. Trupanion has exceeded all of my expectations.

I wish that I had such great medical coverage!
I have referred several pet owners to Nationwide. The coverage is great, and the premium is very affordable. My pet is covered from her wet little nose to the tip of her wagging tail. I have had general questions in the past, and found the customer service very friendly and professional. I was very fortunate to hear of Nationwide through my niece. I am planning to get another pet in the not to distant future and will again use Nationwide to cover that pet.

Process is straightforward wish they can simplify the app and have everything in one place.
Claims are easy to submit via VitusVet app. Claim usually processed within 2 weeks. Love that they offer electronic payments once your claim is approved. I think the overall process would be a lot smoother if everything is all on one app. It’s nice that you can submit them electronically but in order to check on the status you must login to Nation Wide online.

Whole Pet with Wellness best policy ever!
Nationwide’s Whole Pet policy is worth every penny. It’s the best policy I’ve ever had for my numerous cats. Reimbursements have been quick and filing claims with the Vitus Vet app is fast and easy.

Sadly, I had to put my dog down last week. I have been using Pets Best for quite a few years and have been highly satisfied with your service each and every time I had to file a claim. You were responsive and efficient and I even received an email sending your condolences for my loss and you went ahead and cancelled his policy promptly. Great service
My dog went to the vet and I filed a claim online. I didn't hear anything for a few days, so I called customer service to confirm that everything was alright. The agent said they did not have a claim from me, and she stayed on the phone with me while I re-filed it to make sure they received it! She was GREAT!

I have been with Pets Best for about 10 years now for both of my chocolate labs, Finly and Kyla. I have been so worried as they age that I won't be able to give them the proper care. With Pets Best, I have really been able to do what is best for my kids, rather than worry about what I can and can't pay for. The process of submitting a claim is so easy and efficient and the turn around time is outstanding. I didn't understand at first why the rates increased as they age, but now that they are 9 and 12 I realize what is needed for proper care. I am so grateful and the customer service staff are truly exceptional. I always feel like I am being heard and cared for. I always feel like they understand that Finly and Kyla are my children and deserve top quality care. I am grateful and just wanted to share how fortunate I have been to have them behind me over the last 10 years. Many thanks to you all!!
