SO easy!
My pet experienced a possible seizure and I rushed him to the vet without thinking about the costs. Several hundred dollars in tests later, I filed my claim using the App and received payment for what was above my deductible in a matter of days. SO easy!

Overall incredible
I have had mostly amazing service. I have only 1 complaint. Overall very easy to get claims handled in a timely fashion. My only problem was when I signed up, I was told after a year that “preexisting” issues would be covered. This was a recorded conversation (as they are all recorded) and this was not honored. It was frustrating. But... truly, nationwide pet insurance has been a blessing and I suggest it to all my friends!!!!!!!

Don’t choose any other insurance but FIGO!
I had to take the time to share my experience with FIGO because it has been beyond my expectations. When we got our puppy, i did a lot of research and chose FIGO. I have to be honest, I truly did not expect much when I got this policy.. I have heard such negative things In general about pet insurance and that it’s a waste of money as they don’t end up covering anything. Well, I couldn’t have been more wrong. Choosing figo was the best thing I ever did when it came to our dog... we have had many issues with allergies/ear infections and they have covered every visit and the cost of all meds. Just this past weekend our pup got a nasty cut on her leg from hiking and required a trip to the emergency vet. She had to go in for surgery to clean the wound and have it stitched up. I submitted the claim yesterday and figo closed the claim today, just one day later; and they are covering the entire cost! 1000$! They are truly the best. I am so happy with their response time and customer service. Also, I love their app! I am able to keep all of my dogs medical records there and they have many resources on the app if you need help or advice from a vet. I have a friend who has another popular pet insurance and hers is a nightmare In comparison. choose figo, you will not be disappointed!
