Your claims process is overly paper based and hard to understand. Your coverage is limited, with some basic maintenance excluded. You have no app or easy way to check claims status and the website is antiquated.

I am very happy with everything so far. The claims process is pretty smooth other than a few bumps in the road with my first claims but that was just me figuring everything out.

Amazing coverage, amazing customer service- I couldn’t ask for more!
Thank you so much for your excellent customer service and easy handling of our claim for our new puppy. I can’t say enough- I KnOW she’s in great hands with her policy! I highly recommend Trupanion for anyone with a dog or cat. It’s never too early. I’m so glad we activated our free month of insurance that our puppy’s vet offered. I will make sure we always have your coverage to protect her. It was easy, it saved us a lot of unexpected cost- a lifesaver when we needed it!

Urgency is not embrace’s Strong suit
Where to begin... after a simple urinary tract infection in our frenchie that still hasn’t been covered to the emergency follow up, embrace hasn’t made this easy or a priority. After persistently dealing with our veterinary clinic, and multiple assurances that they sent everything needed, almost two months later 2 out of three visits still aren’t processed. And after being told embrace had contacted our vet for the info they needed, and then being told by the vet techs that no one had reached out to them. I despise dishonesty, nor will I stand for this deliberate lack of care from a pet insurance company. I am not out to scam or fleece, but when my four legged kids are sick they are getting better care than I am, so we are going to the veterinarian. That’s why we have insurance. If embrace continues to act this way, we will be dealing with another company that actually cares and prioritizes it’s customers.

It's a relief to know my pet is cover by a great reliable insurance company.
We have nothing but good things to say about this company. We have submitted several claims and they have paid us quickly. I have called about several questions and they were extremely nice on the phone and made sure to answer any questions I had. They were highly recommended by my vets office and I can certainly see why.

Fantastic value and easy claim process for my dog!
When unexpected injuries occur, I have had absolutely no problem working with Embrace to file a claim. The most recent pre-authorization to have TPL surgery for my dog took only one day! I also have the wellness plan, which covers regular wellness vet visits, medications and other services up to $400 with no limit on an individual service (unlike other pet insurance companies). Do your research, and you will find Embrace to be the best overall value!
