Nationwide is definitely the best pet insurance
We have been very pleased with the ease of the claim reimbursement. The emails about how much Remy is cared for. The 24 hour hotline for assistance with any concerns we have. The policy we have covers more than we had expected and the amount we pay for the policy is very reasonable.

Dear Pets Best Insurance Team! I made a decision last year to sign up for pet insurance for the first time ever. After thoughtful consideration for many weeks prior and looking into many pet insurance companies, I decided to go with Pets Best Insurance, mainly because it was reasonably priced and had verifying degrees of coverage to meet my needs. I purchased insurance for both my cats. Little did I know last month (April 2019) that one of my beloved cats, Luna Mae, would be injured and require a major knee and tendon replacement. I called Pets Best Insurance and spoke to one of their team members, Sara, and she kindly guided me on how to file a claim with their insurance department. More so, she was genuinely concerned for Luna’s welfare; which I truly appreciated at the time. She also immediately sent me the forms I needed to get started. I was so grateful and distraught at the same time. I needed her calm manner and clarity to help guide me through it all. As time went on, I spoke to other Pets Best team staff via phone or email, and each time, they were very professional and efficient. Each step of the way, I was given updates regarding my claim without me having to initiate the contact and within a month of Luna’s surgery, I received a check deposit from Pets Best Insurance for the full paid balance of Luna’s surgery, minus my small deductible. My mind was blown! I could not remember ever in my life experiences an insurance company for people, much less for pets, would have ever been so reliable, caring, professional and efficient! I’m so impressed with Pets Best Insurance for my pets. I highly recommend Pets Best to absolutely every single pet owner out there! They are the REAL DEAL! On a scale of 1 to 10 stars... I give them a 10! Oh, and in case you may want to know, Luna is doing well with her new leg. She will always have a slight limp but it doesn’t stop my little tough rescue cat! Nationwide pet insurance has been a lifesaver.
My purebred Samoyed, Gibson, just turned four, and I've had Nationwide pet insurance since the day I adopted him. The main impetus for getting insurance (I've got the major medical plan) was that I never wanted to find myself in a position where I couldn't do something for my dog because I couldn't foot the bill. To say the least, Nationwide's pet insurance has been a pretty amazing safety net over the last four years, and if I'm being perfectly honest, I feel like they've paid me more than I've paid them. I recently submitted a claim for oral surgery that set me back $797, and within two weeks $740 was deposited into my bank account. In fact, I can't remember a claim (and I've probably submitted 12-15 total) that took longer than three weeks to resolve, and I've never had to follow up with additional information from my vet. If I'm remembering correctly, the only part of a claim that's ever been denied was a powder Gibson took for a few days to discourage vomiting. The powder wasn't regulated by the FDA, which is why it wasn't covered under my plan, and it set me back a grand total of $40. In an ideal world, my dog would never have an expensive medical procedure. Since we exist in the real world where bad things happen on occasion, I can say with zero hesitation that Nationwide has made my life with Gibson a lot less stressful. It has been worth the investment and then some, and the peace of mind I have because of Nationwide's support is basically invaluable. I highly recommended their services to anyone who asks.

There is a reason I keep coming back to Nationwide Pet Insurance. I've gotten excellent coverage and service. The process of making claims from start to finish is easy to use. Over the course of nearly two decades and three separate dogs, I haven't experienced a time when I've been dissatisfied or felt underserved. Plus, their processes have continued to improve along with technological advances.

I love having pet insurance and this one definitely gives you the best bang for your buck. Getting ahold of them is easy. They cover a lot of expenses. The only thing I would change is if they were able to pay up front for surgeries. Other than that, they’re awesome!

ASPCA is the best! The service has been a 10 across the board. Customer service is always professional, knowledgeable and they truly care about pets. Submitting claims are easy & are processed quickly. Everyone is very helpful and you do not find that a lot these days, so I really value & appreciate the attention to detail that I have received.

Easy and worth the money!
Our Atlas seems to be needing a lot of medical attention for one thing or another and having the insurance sure makes the decisions for his treatments a lot easier! With a big dog comes big bills and the insurance sure lessons the burden.

The reimbursement turnaround is amazingly quick which is alway a good thing! I usually have it back in two weeks! The ease of submitting my claims for JayDee is appreciated and takes like 5 minutes using the pre-filled forms online.
