Timely claim processing
My dog Max became ill during boarding and was treated afterward by his veterinarian for colitis due to stress (poor little guy!). I immediately filed a claim for his vet visit and it was processed in a timely manner, although the amount was under my deductible. I'm really hoping not to go over my deductible this year!

Peace of mind during unexpected pet emergencies
When our Rottweiler needed emergency surgery that involved the removal of a section of his intestines, we were hit with unexpected vet bills totaling almost $5000.
