I have the complimentary care rider on my dog, but I've found it difficult to actually find practitioners that will be qualified for coverage. If Riley's necessary care is covered, this score may go up, but otherwise it's frustrating to pay for insurance.

I am so grateful to have Trupanion insurance. We are waiting for the doctor to schedule Beau's knee surgery but are relieved we have insurance coverage. Trupanion has been terrific to work with. Claims are paid very quickly.

My rating changed from a 10 to a five.
It changed from a 10 to a five. I have a 12 week old puppy who got very sick. I'm now 4 days out from insurance kicking in and Trupanion will not help. Hopefully I won't have to use it for him in the future but I will continue paying filling pockets.
