Claim was filed by veterinary office 2 days after pet seen. I received notification within 48 hours that claim was processed. within 2 weeks I received notification that claim was completed and would be paid. Never had a problem.

She's Fine Now
Having a sick pet is extremely difficult. Having vet bills is very difficult. Knowing that a portion of the bills will be covered during this situation lifts some of pain. Trupanion worked very quickly and were fair.
