My latest claim was denied.
My latest claim was denied. A "skin" allergy as reason for not to pay us for an "eye" infection? Whether it be a manifestation it should have been covered. Previous claims are understandable but this latest one is just blantantly wrong.

SOOOO Glad I have Trupanion!
After a conversation with a rep on another issue, she discussed with me how my meds were also able to be submitted. I (finally) got my paperwork together. I can't believe how fast Trupanion, responded,AND they covered 90% -- I wasn't sure meds were the same as the surgery rates. I am so thrilled and I can't say how much I love and appreciate Trupanion. Thank you!
