The rep assigned to me had great communication skills and showed great concern for my Puppy. She explained to me my coverage over the phone and provided easy to understand breakdowns of what my claim covered. My dog is 5 and has been healthy ever since we've got him. Last month, out of a sudden, he couldn't walk anymore. He was rushed to a hospital where they diagnosed him with a disc inflammation that required an intervention (surgery). The cost of the procedure was over $5,000. Thanks to my Healthy Paws insurance, my refund was higher than the entire 5 years I paid for this policy. I can't imagine anyone owning an uninsured pet.

Covered us during a stressful time!

Amazing service and coverage
Lemonade pet insurance has saved us several different times. We have a puppy with health issues and they have been so easy to work with when filing our claims. The first one was immediately accepted, and we had service representatives working with us almost every day for our second claim. When the claim gets accepted, the money is almost immediately in your account! When selecting a plan, we were given to option to cover additional services, and so far, everything except for one item has been covered under our plan, so we are extremely thankful for the Lemonde team.
