Lemonade Pet Insurance ROCKS!!!
I brought home a new puppy and wanted to get her insurance right away. After days of research, I found the Lemonade had the best price for what I was looking for. I was able to add a wellness plan to her policy, so all of her vaccinations, testing and blood work would be covered. She is a rescue, so I wanted to make sure she was able to get all of the testing needed to ensure a healthy life. I needed help answering a few questions about claims and after emailing Lemonade, someone got back to me same day. I was able to submit my claim and it was paid and pending in my account within hours! Thank you Lemonade!!!

So easy and helpful
My dog threw up some chicken bones, and I was worried that she may have more in her, or that there was damage. She had to rush to the vet for x rays and treatment. Knowing I have lemonade insurance helped reduce so much if the stress during that time. They processed my claim quickly and easily, and communicated well about how the claim was covered. I will always keep this insurance for my pets!

Well priced + easy claims = perfect insurance!
I'm a techie, and love doing everything online. When I saw that Lemonade offered well-priced pet insurance, I decided to give it a try with my new puppy. It was one of my smartest financial decisions in a long time... Only a couple of weeks after having done the insurance, I already needed to file a claim. There was a little hiccup at first, with their AI engine, but a human (the AMAZING Suzie!!!) hooked in quickly and resolved the issue. Since then, I've had to file numerous claims (our puppy turns out to be is a real menace...). Never had any issue, always got refunded as per the policy very quickly. The last time - the claim was approved in less than 1 hour!!!

Amazing insurance
I’ve had insurance for my dog for a few years now & the rates were going up so I switched to lemonade (costs me about $50 a month) Within 2 days of getting the insurance her plan was already active & ready to use. 2 days later I took her to the vet for a checkup & lemonade paid for 80% of my visit & the direct deposit was in my account in under a few days. The plan I had before didn’t offer anything like this, just money towards a deductible. I like that this insurance covers a certain amount of services per year, such as vaccines etc. It definitely helps me save some money for sure. Vet bills add up quick. I’ve also had a wonderful experience using the chat feature before getting the insurance & after having it. Everyone is sweet, responds quickly & professionally. Overall I’m very happy with this company 😀

Easy to process claims
I made a few claims through the Lemonade app. It is extremely user friendly to raise a claim and each time they got processed quickly. The lemonade staff is very friend and responsive and look out for their customers. They sort through what is covered and what is not without a fuss!

Super reliable and fast!
I’ve had lemonade home insurance for years now. Once offered the option for pet insurance I jumped on the opportunity. We’ve had a couple claims not, for vaccines ect. And we had a review and reimbursement within a day! Super happy with them and looking forward to the future
