Hope this is not a common issue
This has been a long and frustrating process. I did not experience this problem the first time I requested a claim with Trupanion. Not sure why this has been so time consuming and difficult.

Trupanion is a security blanket for pets
I give Trupanion the highest rating possible. They process claims quickly, and I have a healthy dog as a result of knowing that if an issue comes up with my dog's health I can address it right away before Freyja's situation gets worse. Trupanion pet health insurance plans are reasonably priced and they take a lot of the worry out of making treatment choices for my dog. Freyja is a happy, healthy WGSD.
