Been a customer for 6 years and never really had to use the service and kinda felt bad about paying for it. Then my dog contracted Glaucoma and I am sooo glad I had Healthy Paws. Had about 7-8 visits and an operation. The claims were easy to submit and the reimbursement was quite speedy. I waited about a month until everything was managed and submitted at once. I’ve technically still paid more for the insurance than my disbursements (lol). But the peace of mind is worth it

Spot insurance is awesome I'm going on 3 years with them and filing claims is very easy not to mention that once it's been verified the funds are issued right away into my account have had no problems with Spot and I recommend them to anyone who has pets and looking for an awesome Insurance Company for their furry ones.My claims took less than a week to receive funds that qualify for payment.

We have been with EMBRACE for years for…
We have been with EMBRACE for years for our two rescued Shitzu mixes. EMBRACE’S rapid response times are unheard of these days. When I submit a claim, they send an email, usually with the hour, acknowledging receipt of it. The reimbursement is usually deposited into our account within 24 hours, often less. When I need to talk with a live human, I call and a live human being picks up. Customer service is 5 stars. We highly recommend EMBRACE.
