I was very impressed by the quick and smoth claim process. The claim was approved within three days. Directions for submitting the claim were clear and unambiguous. The claim balance minus the deductible arrived promptly via Zelle. Great!

Pets Best is the BEST!
I have had Pets Best Pet Insurance for over 20 years. Previously I had two other Pet Insurance companies that were terrible and denied claims. I can confidently say that Pets Best has never denied any of my claims, and I have had many unfortunately. They are great at communicating, they email when a claim is received and they send a direct deposit when the claim has processed. Do yourself a favor and get Pets Best for your pets' insurance.

Easy to upload documents when submitting a claim and quick turn around time on getting reimbursements approved and money to my account. I just don’t like how much the cost goes up each year. Every year I question if it is worth it to keep the insurance.

Trupanion the only insurance company I have ever recomended
I have a very hard time trusting insurance companies. I have been let down and uncovered multiple times. Trupanion has been amazing. I have had Trupanion for 7 years and have never had to use it until recently. I love my dog Stella, she is my best friend, and a huge part of our family. She had a cancerous tumor. For the first time,I needed help and reached out for Trupanions help on getting her the surgery and treatment she needed. Trupanion came through without hesitation, instantly came through with aide for her. No long conversation with a million questions, just aide, same day we received the bad news. Trupanion helped me get what she needed. Also has helped cover additional testing to make sure she was clear of the cancer. I can't thank Trupanion enough, thank you for taking a very difficult, scary, anxiety inducing situation and giving my family and I some peace of mind. Your help and care is extremely appreciated, thank you so much!
