Snoopy - 14 year old Shih Tzu
Snoopy was a 14 year old Shih Tzu, the star of our family. Suddenly, his hind legs wouldn't support him and he was rushed to Urgent Care and they recommended that he had to go to Emergency Care and get a Spinal Decompression Surgery. Also, this moved so fast that in a couple of days, his surgery was complete he was on his way to recovery. That was the first time I informed Spot Pet Insurance about this issue and submitted claims. All claims were reviewed and promptly approved. This has been a wonderful experience with Spot Insurance even though we couldn't even give them a heads-up of this major issue. Thank you for standing up for Snoopy even though he was a 14 year old. Unfortunately, Snoopy made good recovery for a couple of weeks after surgery, even got his stiches off but developed other complications with Pancreas and Liver and he passed away peacefully today. We wish Spot Insurance the very best and thank you for being there for Snoopy until the very end.

Quick and efficient
All my claims have been processed quickly and paid out efficiently. I had one issue that was quickly resolved within a day or two. I have recommended a few friends and had one sign up with MetLife Pet the other day. I feel confident that she will be satisfied as well.

We were told several months ago that they were going out of business to deal with an insurance called Odie. Needless to say we called ,texted this Odie and didn't get any response. Then after 3 years of payment to many pets we had NO insurance. AND our maltese gets glaucoma in the meantime... so we went to LEMONADE but they won't pay cause it's preexisting...sucks

Literally life changing for my pup
