The process to fill a claim is easy and responses are quick, clear and succinct. Reimbursement allowances are sensical and they seem to care about getting the reimbursement processed as soon as possible.

You may pay cheap for Sonnet insurance compared to bigger power houses like Desjardins Assurance but rest assured that quality service is not included in the cheaper insurance price, hence to low fees. Had the most unprofessional and unqualified insurance experiences trying to fill a claim. Very disappointing, I DO NOT RECOMMEND SONNET INSURANCE TO ANYONE WHO VALUES PEACE OF MIND !! I learnt my lesson so you don't have to . Pay more with DESJARDINS INSURANCE and sleep well at night knowing you have qualified insurance agents ready to help, NOT LIKE AT SONNET. Embrace did not cover all the claims I…
Embrace did not cover all the claims I submitted for my pet Peanut who is now dead. She was diagnosed with a tumor that ruptured in her ear. I submitted a precertification for a catscan procedure for them to find out how bad was the tumor. This procedure was also denied by Embrace.
