Always have an excellent experience with MetLife I would recommend them to family and friends submitting claim is very easily receiving. Payment is excellent contacting them with a question. The employees of MetLife are excellent and very knowledgeable and smart and make the experience very pleasing.

Don't get spot pet insurance. This insurance company never approve any claim even it is valid and not pre existing. YOU ARE WASTING YOUR MONEY IN THIS COMPANY. IF YOU DONT BELIEVE ME CHECK THE CONSUMERS REPORT. THIS COMPANY SCAMS THEIR CUSTOMERS.DONT ADD YOURSELF TO THE PEOPLE THEY HAVE VICTIMIZED.

Significant positive experience
HPaws has been a tremendous support to us. We adopted a rescued street dog who appeared to be in good health, with no issues. However, as he aged, he developed numerous issues with his kidneys, teeth, and more. Fast forward to a broken toe, GI infection, and cancer diagnosis and we were looking at significant vet bills. HPaws really stood beside us as we moved thru life with him. They accepted our documentation, quickly processed claims, and made the difference between affordable health care for our boy and a significant financial impact to us. Yes, our premiums went up. But that was understandable, given his situation. Bottom line: We can't say enough good things abt our experience. Insurance thru HPaws was one of the best decisions we made.

The Sales Rep Rebeca! She was very very helpful with my 7 Furbabies. She broke it down, even gave me suggestions. She was wonderfull and I went with Prudent because she helped me through it. I check out 4 other plans and I had to go on line and figure it out for myself. She was right there helping me. I am with SPOT and I was looking for a greater amount for my cat.

I have 100% confidence with Pumpkin for my pets!
Wonderful experience with having Pumpkin for my cats! My emotional support cat had to have major surgery, so I was already stressed out of my mind and Pumpkin made it so easy that I didn't have to stress about the bill. The percentage of coverage was exactly as they said it would be, no questions asked, which is nice knowing that there's a human on the other side of the email and phone numbers. HIGHLY recommend getting your fur baby covered! You'll thank yourself.

Healthy Paws was amazing
Healthy Paws was amazing. Our French Bulldog Mia out of nowhere developed glaucoma. Tried desperately to save vision and it was not in the books. Recently had eyes removed. Healthy Paws was excellent on responding quickly and paying. Don’t know what we would have done without them
