Really great pet insurance!
My experience with this company has been nothing but positive. From filing claims to receiving payment, the process is always quick and easy. The times I have had questions, I was able to get through to a real person fairly easily and they were super helpful and friendly. I could not recommend this pet insurance more.

You guys are a bunch of scam artists
Up to 90% paying over $100 a month we agreed they were supposed to be 90 now we’re going on two years and I’m up to $130 every single claim I put in not one of them even got filled the past 50% when they advertise 90% they put a cap to everything in the fine print you guys are a scam artists and I’m talking about Pets Best insurance
Price was good and the sign up was easy
Price was good and the sign up was quick and easy. Not a lot of questions. Hoepfuly I never have to use it but I wish they would show when the due date for payment is.

Yay, YOU finally paid a big bill !!
My experience is a 5 star because you actually reimbursed me for this knee surgery even though you didn't for my other dog's knee surgery 10 months ago; yes both dogs are covered. Your reasoning for not paying was absurd but hey, at least you paid up this time! So far, you're at 50% but THIS experience was, again, 5 star simply because you paid up

I feel at ease knowing there is…
I feel at ease knowing there is coverage for my dog when she needs it. Her claw grew into her skin, and I didn't even notice until she was bleeding and limping around! The small surgery was mostly covered, and I didn't pay much in total. MetLife pays for most of her food costs because she has a sensitive tummy. The payouts take about 5-10 business days to receive via direct deposit.
