Excellent insurance compay
While they are a little more costly than other pet insurance companies, I will stay with them. They do cover more illnesses that some of the others. I have never had a problem with them. They have always paid on time. I highly recommend them. I just recently renewed my membership. Helena Sfogliano

Shaky start with Embrace but I am completely satisfied with the plan for my two pups.
I have a 1 yr old and 9 yr old Labrador Retrievers. When I bought the younger pup, I reviewed several pet insurance policies and chose to enroll my dogs in Embrace. The primary reason I chose Embrace is they cover both Wellness and Accident/Illness protection. I was disappointed with some of the temporary and permanent exclusions but understand the reasoning for these. Jasper,, my older lab, developed an ear infection that spread to his eye. The treatment and medicines have been costly. Additionally he had his wellness exam which included his Heartguard shot. Embrace covered all of these claims and with direct deposit set up, they payed is in a very timely manner. I would recommend Embrace to other pet owners. The cost is well worth it when you have illnesses or injuries arise with your per. Good job Embrace (except for the exclusions...)

Continue to be pleased with Embrace
I continue to be so happy that I "found" Embrace Pet Insurance! Our claim for having a number of our dog's teeth extracted was processed very quickly and I am grateful for that because what I was anticipating as a teeth cleaning ended up being a more expensive visit to the vet. In less than I week I have been reimbursed! Thank you Embrace! I have told my friends with pets about Embrace and how happy we are. One visit and the insurance and wellness policies have paid for themselves!

It's been worth it!
I've been with Nationwide (formerly VPI) for almost ten years now, and for the most part I've been very satisfied. When I first signed up with them, there really weren't a lot of insurers for pets out there, and this company was my pick. Now there are many companies to choose from, and the policies themselves have been revamped to the point that there are better policies available, with Nationwide AND other companies, but I'm locked into this policy now because of pre-existing conditions. All that being said, I am quite satisfied with the help I've received from Nationwide, and it has been worth the money paid. I would recommend Nationwide to a friend, and would recommend they do their homework in exactly the kind of policy they want and need.

Wellness Plus Plan
Nationwide insurance' s Wellness Plus Plan, is top notch!! Low monthly fee, meet a deductible and then 90% of all bills paid!!! Love it!!!! For a miniature dog who has to go several times for shots because it cant be all done at once, this is the way to go. deductible met fast.

100% happy with Embrace. Premiums are very reasonable and the coverage is excellent. And they never failed to pay. Its truly a life saver to have it. Two of kitties have serious conditions ( kidney failure and cancer ) and I couldnt have been able to keep up with the medical bills. Embrace has been wonderful : easy to sybmit the claim and payments are done quickly. Never had an issue with them. I highly recommend them.

Nationwide has been a lifesaver
We have been very pleased with our pet insurance, they have covered the majority of our dog’s vet bills and really give us a peace of mind when going to the vet. We have been members for almost 5 years and couldn’t be happier.

BIGGEST WASTE OF MONEY EVER!
This is the biggest waste of money. I've paid out over $900 in premiums ... submitted a claim for neutering and it was rejected. Had I put the $52 aside each month, I would have a pile of money to pay the neutering fee without any of the nonsense and red tape. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT sign up with Trupanion.
