Abby was very helpful and friendly. Very knowledgeable. I haven't submitted the claim we were talking about yet, so I'm not sure if the issue will be resolved as I was advised it would be. I've always appreciated how easy it is to make a claim, and how quickly I get reimbursed. I just wish the premiums wouldn't jump as much as they do, and that is why I hesitate to recommend any pet insurance to friends, however, Trupanion would be the one I would recommend if I do feel they'll benefit.

We have used trupanion for each of our 3 miniature schnauzers. Tia is our gal now and although we take her to the vet we have never made a claim out of necessity. We realize, being pensioned seniors, that the monthly premiums are expensive but in case of some serious problems hope that our coverage will be of some assistance. Thanks, Wayne & Margery Hamilton
