I find it hard to give a good review to an expensive insurance company policy that deems everything as a separate medical condition and put it to the $500 deductible Paid for ten years , and not one claim every paid. Dog is older now and has some claims and never paid.

Pumpkin is ready when I need them
When I need Pumpkin they are always available. My cats have needed extra vet care and Pumpkin covered the 90% after my deductible. This made things much more manageable financially. I am so glad I have Pumpkin Pet insurance.

Worth the expense
I purchased Trupanion insurance when I adopted my cat 10+ years ago. They have covered a surgery, follow up care, ER visits and monthly medication related to her medical conditions. Submitting claims has been easy online, reimbursement is less than a week. I also cannot say enough about the Trupanion staff. They are pleasant and helpful each time I have needed a human to answer my questions. It is expensive but compared to other plans, I found Trupanion to be the most comprehensive

Always have felt you are very fair in what you cover. However my monthly premium for my cat is more than my own medical!!

Better experience that last year
No hassles like last year and paying claims. I adopted Blake last year and changed his name, kept advising that Blake and Bentley were the same and it got very frustrating when customer service couldn't understand and that I had no history of the dog other than what the rescue league gave me. This year is better but the premium is high
