I have only been with Embrace Pet…
I have only been with Embrace Pet Insurance a short while so that might explain my lack of satisfaction with their service team…from long wait times to connect with a person to not being given the USAA discount or the “front of the line” phone number the first time I mentioned my veteran/military status…to tech issues that still have not been resolved to successfully allow me to login to my account. I have worked in IT and my read is that they scrimped on the tech support so every time they push an update…it “Breaks” something else in the system…which is typical but no one seems to test the system to see what has been broken before end users try to log on the next morning…the “cheap” way to go… I actually could list more that makes me wonder how they “earned” the customer service award they boast they have… but I will stop there and allow you to experience for yourself what this company has “done” for me these past few days…which is very little that instills confidence in them as a business…

I have never purchased pet insurance before. After a recent incident with my pet, I immediately started searching the internet for coverage. MetLife came up as the top rated pet insurance. The plans were easy to understand, customizable and affordable. I will not be without insurance again.

Pets Best is the Best!
I love Pets Best Insurance. They’re affordable with great coverage and awesome customer service. They pay claims super fast and explain the benefits very well. I highly recommend them.
Price change right before check out isn't okay
The overall process is quite enjoyable, but the most important part about an insurance quote is the price. When it changes right before purchasing it is not okay or acceptable. Change the quotation process so it reflects all the changes accordingly and not right before checkout. Other than that, everything is done quite well.

0 out of 10 would not recommed "Pets Best"
I have been with Pets Best since my dog was a puppy — he is now 5 years old. We’ve had a few emergency visits and several large vet bills, mainly related to oral health, and 99% of my claims were not covered. I continued giving the benefit of the doubt that future claims would be approved, but my most recent claim — roughly $2,000 for oral surgery — was also denied. This will be my last month with Pets Best. I would not recommend this insurance to anyone, as my experience has been extremely disappointing and the coverage has not met expectations. I will be looking into other providers.
THE ONLY insurance company that is straight forward
My family has a lot of pet cats and it can be overwhelming when worrying about their care. I searched all over for the best pet insurance I can find and truly pets best is THE BEST! The sign up process is simple with no gimmicks or trying to over sell you anything. They communicate as needed and transparent with pricing. The claims process is also very smooth and simple. Three clicks and in about 10 days everything is done! I honestly can't recommend Pets Besides enough "
