In the beginning of our conversation…
In the beginning of our conversation the customer rep expressed to me that your company was concerned about my decision to cancel .... she assured me that being a 3-year patron that she could help me find other ways to enable me to pay the premium and she did... I passed this information on to my co-workers and we've all decided to stay with your company. I am truly and sincerely pleased with the outcome! Regards, Patricia O Alexander

SPOT ON!!!!
We have always wanted the best for our Golden Retrievers. I did some research online for SPOT insurance and even though it had great reviews, I purchased it reluctantly because I did not know ANYONE with Spot pet insurance. I am so happy that I did! Our Golden had an emergency last month$$$$ and they came through during a very difficult time. The last thing anyone wants to worry about is "How am I going to pay for this?" We were refunded quickly and the claim process was so easy on the app . Their service was SPOT on !

The enrollment plan was easy because of the comparative rates with other companies. It was very clear. It also gave options for a payment and the prices of different plans. Very easy to complete the application process.

Prompt but stingy
Claims are processed promptly but reimbursement rates are quite stingy, especially considering the cost of the insurance coverage. Just reinforces my negative view of most insurance companies in the US.
Pet Insurance Rip Off
Paying $50.33 a month or $604 a year using auto payments, I find Pets Best not having any interest in my dog’s health by not reimbursing for any health tests or shots recommended by Murrells Inlet, SC Veterinary Hospital. And yes I do understand only paying for 1 yearly check up, but not acknowledging the blood, urine, heart worm, n poop testing suggested by the Vet doctor shows zero concern about my dog’s present n future health! I am now considering canceling my pet insurance policy with Pets Best n make leave the mouthy auto payments in my check book to save the money to pay the vet bills out of pocket!

My honest opinion is embrace is fine if your dogs are young. I've had this policy for over 10 years and feel like I'm being ripped off as every year the premium sky rockets as my dogs get older. I also feel that something so basic, embrace seems to make so difficult. Example they ask you to send in the same receipt. Just feel like some things are self explanatory and they make it seem so difficult.

My rate went up significantly this year and I don't understand why. Even after I talked to customer service I have a hard time believing that Vet costs have really gone up that much.
