Extremely expensive but good service
Claims are easily paid and provided in a timely manner. I have tried to recommend your insurance to friends and family however most people cannot afford a car payment per dog for insurance and they have declined service. I am not sure how much longer we are going to be able to keep up with the payments either. They have more than doubled since our last dog.

Trupanion comes through for Loki
Loki needed meds and the vet direct billed Trupanion and I only had to pay the 10% + taxes. I hope Trupanion direct billing becomes available at more vets and emergency care clinics.

Nationwide Pet Insurance has not been a disappointment at ALL! My dogs are very important so is there care and medical. Nationwide pays claims in a very timely manner which means so much, especially during these trying times.

Very quick turn around on reimbursement of Pet invoice
I'm very pleased with the quick turn around on my pet invoice. I was reimbursed very quickly after submitting the form electronically online. Also the online claim submission process could not be any easier. All the basic info is prepopulated for me so I don't have to go searching for my policy number. I just needed to log, attach my receipt, add a description and I was done. Thank you!
