Easy and fast turnaround
The website is easy to navigate. Knowing I need to upload invoice and SOAP notes makes for an easy upload and review knowing I've included everything I need. The turnaround time is great, as well. All in all, it's an easy process.

Happy except for
I have been happy so far except for when I moved from NH to MA and they started my policy over again so I had to meet the deductible again. I realize that in taxachusetts the prices may be higher, but my vet is still in Nashua NH. My policy, however, should not have restarted.

So very grateful for the ease when paying the vet bill for my boy. The last thing anyone wants to worry about when an emergency situation occurs, is the cost. In a matter of minutes, a large portion of the emergency visit was taken care, no questions, no problems at all. Saved us thousands!
Our dog is 9 years old and she has been insured by Trupanion since we brought her home as a puppy. At about a year she developed a seizure disorder. Trupanion has saved us thousands and thousands of dollars! Never a quibble about claims and prompt payment is always delivered.

MetLife for the win! 🐶
I feel like I’ve become a spokesperson from MetLife’s pet insurance. After not having pet insurance with my last dog, I knew I needed to get it this time. Turns out my current dog, blessed Rosie, has allergies, injuries, all the things. MetLife has covered as the plan stated and been quick to refund my expenses. I’ve been completely impressed from start to finish!
