While I haven't submitted a claim yet, the signup process was simple and when my credit card on file was compromised (elsewhere) the day of my monthly payment, PHI called to check in and ensured I had no problem changing to a new card, once it arrived, without losing coverage. I hope to never make a claim, but if I need to, I am confident the care and attention to detail from their support team will make it a seamless experience while allowing my family to focus on what's most important in that moment - the health of our pets.

I also 100% trust your services, you are very punctual when it comes to being reimbursed, and I've not had a single issue over the past maybe 8-10 years I've been using your services.
