My German Shepherd needed hospital in middle of night, sent bill to Pumpkin next day and it was paid in 24 hours. A couple follow up visits were also covered very quickly. I appreciate the promptness of this insurance company, wish humans had the opportunity for such a good insurance.

Trupanion has been amazing! Submitting invoices is incredibly easy, and reimbursements are direct deposited within 24-48 hours. During a stressful time with my dog, that kind of reliability and speed made a huge difference and took the worry out of paying for medical bills. Customer Service has been amazing as well!
