Easy to file a claim
ASPCA has always been super comforting with family things that occur. They call and follow up to see how everyone is. I had a pet pass away and they sent me a card. It was so touching and confirmed why I stay with ASPCA! Thank you for everything!

Cannot be without this insirance
We purchased insurance when our dog was a puppy. Buster recently fell and tore both ACLs. We never anticipated this injury and required surgery, but am thankful beyond measure that we had the insurance. Nationwide pays claims promptly and even follows up to see how he is doing. Great company. I recommend the insurance to anyone I come across that has a dog or is thinking of getting a dog,

Someone recommended Nationwide Pet insurance and I really am so happy to have it. The reimbursement process is very simple and quick. Everything is online so easy to track. Once or twice had to call customer service and they were helpful and easy to reach. Overall, I am thrilled to have Nationwide.

Quick and friendly service!
My sweet English bulldog puppy had to have emergency surgery over the weekend. I submitted several claims to embrace which were handled very quickly. I am very grateful for what they reimbursed! Very kind customer service representatives!

I have had a wonderful experience with Embrace over the years. They have always paid any claims quickly, usually within just a few days. I simply fax the claim in (my perefernce) and they begin the process and notify me every step of the way by email. It couldn't be easier. Nationwide Pet Insurance is Amazing!
I love Nationwide pet insurance! We signed up for this program as soon as we got our puppy Shadow and it has been an amazing experience. There's no better feeling than getting 90% of what you paid back after a hefty vet bill. We have had no issues with claims or communication with Nationwide and it has definitely made our experience as puppy-parents SO much easier! Customer for life!

Will never own another dog without insuring through Nationwide!
My French Bulldog is the first dog that I've ever owned myself. Sure my family has owned dogs in the past, but they were never insured. Since I was making a large investment in the breed of dog itself, I definitely wanted to make sure I had insurance coverage on him from the day I picked him up from the breeder (because you never know what can happen)! Well, my sweet puppy has been through quite a tough road the first year of his little life and I would not have been able to afford his care if it had not been for the insurance with Nationwide. My french bulldog will always have coverage, and I will insurance all of my future dogs too. I cannot thank nationwide enough for their coverage, the responsiveness, and high quality services.

Embrace was there for my pet 100%
My 3 y.o ESS was unfortunate to tear his left ACL and required TPLO surgery. Embrace has a customer service that can't be matched by others. Fast claim service, follow up, and sincere. If I did not have Embrace pet insurance, I would be sunk. Thank you Embrace!
