Great company to be insured by. Peach of mind for my pets and me.
My pets have been insured by Pets Best for about 5 years now. They are a great company! Whenever I submit a claim either by my vet or by me faxing it in myself, the money for the claim goes straight into my checking account. I have found them to take care of all my claims easily and swiftly.

Quick processing, excellent coverage
The stressful situation of unexpected and expensive disc surgery was eased by getting a preauthorization that day and knowing all would be covered. The claim(s) was processed within a week and we received the check in less than 2! Also had to know our renewed ooicyvwi cover dental illness up to $1000 which was missing in past years. Thank you for listening!!

Prompt assistance without feeling rushed through protocol
I just recently made my first large scale claim with Trupanion last week when my 15 mos old puppy needed immediate surgery. The associate we spoke with, Tracy, was quick to help us have our claim transferred to pre-approval and assured me that we’d be helped right away. She was right! We got the news we needed, hearing that 90% of the costs would be covered, right away. Truthfully, all of our calls and interactions with Trupanion staff have been hassle free, friendly, and I really felt like we were being taken care of. I bought insurance for peace of mind but it’s proven to be worth much more than that.

never had a problem
Since day 1 I have been highly satisfied with Nationwide insurance. The claim process is so easy with my vet's office faxing the bill right away. Within a couple of days I get an email saying the claim is being processed and within a couple of weeks the check arrives. It's that simple. I have never had a claim questioned let alone rejected.Could't be better than that!
