So glad that I decided to go with nationwide, I am very satisfied, there is a very quick turnaround on claims, I have not had a claim denied, When I am asked for recommendations on pet insurance, I always recommend nationwide

Outstanding
Healthy paws is incredible, they cover so much, and are so quick to reimburse you. I have the 90% reimbursement plan, and after an unexpected emergency with my cat I realized they reimbursed me more than the actual amount I’d been paying in pet insurance over the last 3 years. So totally worth it!! Also, their app is incredibly easy to use, usually I file my claim while paying the bill in the vets office. The personalized follow up to check on your pet is really nice too!

I wish you had weekend hours, fax machine does not always work. But, other than that WE COULD NOT BE HAPPIER! THANKS!!!!!!!!!
I really wish you had some one available to speak to during the weekend hours. Your fax machine does not always work. Nationwide has been very good to us through going on 4 dogs. We appreciated the support and the birthday cards.

Saved Tigers life!
I am very grateful for ASPCA pet insurance. Because I had enrolled my pets just one week earlier I was able to provide the care for Tiger after he was attacked by a stray dog. He has broken ribs and a puncture into his lung and abdomen. He needed urgent care to help him breathe. He was in “Kitty ICU@ at the the Emergency Vet for a week before we were able to bring him home. I spoke with someone regarding his insurance while I was at the vet with him. I was assured that they would be able to help me with the cost of his care. Because of your service I have my Tiger back getting healthy again. So thankful for having pet insurance.

Very impressed with coverage and service
When my 12 year old dog passed on I got another husky, a rescue. He's an absolute joy and only 3 years old. I had insurance for my former dog and was not impressed, but I did a lot of research and signed up for Healthy Paws the day after I got Bernie. Suddenly 3 weeks ago he collapsed. I rushed him to the ER. After life saving surgery and a blood transfusion, he was diagnosed with Hemangiasarcoma, an awful disease, rarely seen in Huskies, and even more rare in young dogs. He is doing remarkably well, and we are doing all we can to give him a happy healthy life. Healthy Paws covered 90% of the costs, just like they said they would. The paperwork was processed rapidly. I am very impressed.
