Excellent customer service and knowledge of insurance policy
I have never come across a better insurance company. I have been a vet tech for over 30 years and have come across many different companies. Trupanion is not only the easiest to submit claims but the most covered.

Prompt and easy claims.
I have had a very positive experience with how prompt the processing time has been. Each time I file a claim, the processing time seems quicker. I was so impressed with how easy it was to file, how kind representatives were when I had questions and how fast it's become to get reimbursement that I added my other two Greyhounds to have coverage.

Trupanion goes above and beyond
Trupanion goes above and beyond being just kind and concerned about my pet they send me notes of get well for him sending our best to you they're kind and thorough when I'm on the phone with them and I appreciate that they all have animals as well and are real people on the end of that phone call when I phone them I don't even get that with my own health insurance company so yeah lots of love to the trupanion crew as well as a big thank you and in all honesty I have referred many a people to you and given them your number and I will continue in this fashion thank you trupanion thank you for being real

I am extremely happy.
I am extremely happy with my experience using Pets Best. I've been customer for 5 years and never thought I'd actually have to use it. When my dog broke her leg we were faced with the unexpected cost of emergency surgery. I got the necessary paperwork from our vet and was able to do everything else online. It was so simple! Our claim was reviewed and accepted within a week. I am so impressed with how easy the process was. It definitely took away some of the stress of this accident. Now she is rocking a hot pink cast and on her way to getting better!
