You won't find better insurance or customer service!
Embrace has never refused a claim, and I have submitted a lot of claims, some for a lot of $$$. The company pays very quickly, and the form(s) and submittion of the paperwork is amazingly simple. I keep waiting for the other shoe to drop, but, so far, there has been no other shoe. Embrace is offered through one of the premier insurance companies in the world, USAA. That alone, convinced me to buy the insurance, because USAA's reputation is superior to any other company that offers insurance, and Embrace is proving to have the same reputation. I recommend it to everyone!

Upon filing a claim I received an email letting me know it was received and set up for review. The turn around time is around 30 days for completion and was notified each step of the way and could follow on my account through the website.

There is no other company that you should call First than trupanion of
Years ago I had tried three different pet health insurance companies all of them were terribly expensive we're not as kind on the phone as trupanion is let alone did they cover things like trupanion does I've been with trupanion now 7/8 years and they have always been right there by my side send me get well cards to my golden retriever as well as our very caring and kind pet owners themselves I appreciate what they do for my son Connor and I Connor is my golden retriever and my son, and I will continue to use trupanion as well as introduce other pet owners to pet insurance and only pet insurance from trupanion thank you to the great group of guys up there in Seattle Washington that give me and help me have peace of mind bless you all

Great company and super great staff.
Nationwide Pet Insurance has been a great thing for us with our new puppy. We purchased the plan that covers wellness checks also. Claims have been easy to submit with a quick turnaround time for reimbursements. The staff is a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this insurance to anyone that has pets. It has saved us quite a bit of money.
