I have submitted more than $3700.00 in hospital Bill's, for my Doberman that died mysteriously, at the age of 2yrs 10months old? I have been waiting for Reimbursement for more than 2 months? I had to go to the vet's & get his records cause they said ENBRACE CAN'T GET THEM? The vet sent them the records 4 time before they would acknowledge they RECEIVED them? HUMMM? SOUND INTERESTING... I RECIEVED A REFUND FOR HIS PREMIUM! LETS ASK EMBRACE TOGETHER... WHERE'S THE INSURANCE MONEY?? I'LL BE CALLING TOMORROW.... I MAY CXL MY OTHER DOBERMANS POLICY?? UNTIL THEN.....I CAN CHANGE MY REVIEW DEPENDING ON THE RESPONSE I GET MONDAY NOV 19, '18??

best prices 4 the coverage & coverage is pretty complete (only vet visit is not covered, most else is); friendly fast service
couldn't have saved 2 of my cats without this coverage. (actual vet service not covered; 90% of everything else is); reasonable prices that purchaser controls by adding or deleting services (like how much deductible is wanted, etc,); turn around time for reimbursement extremely fast (can have reimbursement directly deposited into checking account); customer service friendly and complete; my vet mentioned she liked this coverage (many plans within it). Ver satisfied with company...tkes your feedback into account

Janelle and Nicky helped me with my claim. My dog unexpectedly needed orthopedic surgery due to a crucial ligament break. Surgery cost over $4,000 and healthy paws helped me cover more than half of the cost. I paid a $200 deductible and 20% of the bill because that's the plan i chose. Talking to Janelle and Nicky it was warming how much they truly care and they talked to me as friends they card about how she did from surgery. I got reimbursed direct deposit a week after my claim. It was easy doing it through the app. I am thankful I have insurance for my dog and I am satisfied with the service I have received.
