Easy to deal with.
Captain is doing fine - thanks for checking in on him. He was hurt and scared mostly because a Newfoundland got away from his owner on a walk and tossed him around until I could get the Newfoundland’s leash and pull him off. Was scary but captain was ok after a few days - just sore at first.

Simple and efficient as it always is
Our Bodhi had diarrhea for two days straight and then started vomiting. It was a long holiday weekend so we couldn't wait for Monday. I was concerned about dehydration becoming an issue. So, as he didn't appear to be getting better, we decided to go ahead and take him to the emergency vet. The vet did a great job explaining our options and was thorough with the examination. She had some concerns that it might be an obstruction. We were sent home with some meds and told to observe Bodhi over the next few days. We changed his food and with the medication, he started eating again. He started going to the bathroom normally and stopped vomiting. He has been great over the last few weeks. The claims process was simple and efficient as it always is. Thank you!
