So thankful for Nationwide!
Nationwide covered 90% of major ACL surgery on my dog Otis. Despite having some issues with minor claims in the past, this MAJOR claim was approved quickly and without issue. We are so thankful for this policy, and will recommend Nationwide Pet Insurance to anyone in the market. Thank you Nationwide!

Worst experience so far
After a freak accident at the dog park my dog was limping badly. I rushed her to the vet to check if anything was broken. This has never happened before and my dog has never limped in the almost 2 years I’ve had her as well as a plan. I’ve been with Embrace since I rescued her and never had a problem with claims until now. I understand for orthopedic issues they need more info but waiting almost a month to review a claim is ridiculous. Poor Libby is still limping but I can’t afford to take her to the vet if it’s not covered. Customer service was great but not impressed with how this was handled by Embrace as a company. I was going to recommend Embrace to a friend of mine but after this experience I don’t think I will

I was surprised at how easy it was to submit my claim. And even though the reimbursement came quicker than I expected, I received an email from Pets Best apologizing for it taking so long which I thought was pretty great customer service.
