Just...wow. I transferred over to Nationwide from Healthy Paws, and I'm so happy I made the switch (mid-plan year, might I add!). Nationwide is consistent, helpful, and they seem to really care about my pup. Thank you!

Took a little while for the claim to come through and I wasn’t sure if I had sent all the appropriate paperwork. Would have been awesome to get an email letting me know that they had everything.

Out of all the pet insurance companies I researched, Figo Pet Insurance stood out above the rest across the board in the coverage offered. Their claims submission is super easy and their customer service and claims department are top notch. I highly recommend this company! Nationwide eased the stress I felt when my cat was going through treatment.
My 3 year old cat had a urinary blockage and needed surgery. This insurance lived up to expectations by helping to relieve the stress of the situation. Claims were processed and paid in record time, about a week. I always have, and will continue to recommend Nationwide.
