Game Changer- Outstanding Company Outstanding service
Outstanding company and service across all categories of service - both customer and pet specific!! I have a german shepherd and lab, insured and the peace of mind knowing that both of my high energy and high activity boys are covered for the unexpected that comes with labs and german shepherd breeds is a game changer. Additionally, the preventative well visits like dental care and immunization needs plus heart worm and flea maintenance keep the dogs safe and living healthy days . Claims are quickly and I feel fairly , processed and payment is sent almost immediately.

Easier than I could have imagined!
I love Nationwide! They've done an amazing job to work with me. My dog had some unfortunate pre-existing conditions, but they worked with me and my vet to clear the way for issues that were non-related, but in the same category, so to speak. I love how easy it is to get claims processed and how easy it is to get answers when I call into the office.

So recommend Healthy Paws to any pet parent!!!
I have a 9 year old Havanese, Shu Shu Fontana, who is my heart and soul. For quite a few years now I have insured her with Healthy Paws, and I'm ever so grateful I did. A few years back she was diagnosed with lymphangiectasia, which required some emergency interventions, along with ongoing acupuncture and medication. What a relief to know she would be covered by Healthy Paws policy! While sorting out how to get her well I didn't have to worry about financial stress for these expensive interventions. Additionally Healthy Paws customer service folks are the absolute best! They are caring and competent and don't add to my worry. I wish we had a human version of Healthy Paws insurance! Not only is Shu Shu covered with a Healthy Paws policy I also insure her two healthy Havanese sisters for a very reasonable price for the coverage offered.
