I am very happy with Embrace Ins. It is easy to make a claim. I can even get in touch with them for questions about my pets and their health. They also, send interesting information about pets care and health that are very helpful. They are very prompt processing all claims.

It was so reassuring to know that Jean Pierre could get his much-needed operation it would have been beyond our means otherwise.

So thankful for this for my older pups
We have four dogs, all older, all rescues, that have developed health issues since we joined Figo. They have been nothing but amazing - the claims process is simple through the app, claims are paid usually within 1-3 days, and any time I have a question the customer support team gets back to me immediately and are so kind. There’s a reason we insured all four of our babies with Figo and their service gives me piece of mind daily.

Figo is great!
My insurance policy is for my service dog in training, Ellie. We've had the insurance ever since she came home, and it's been wonderful. As puppies do, she's eaten dumb things or had odd symptoms pop up. It's been such a relief to be able to take her to the vet without having to fret over if I can afford it. Customer service is always super helpful and clear, I love being able to text them!
