From start to first ALL of my experiences with Trupanion have been positive. This is my first dog and I just adopted her Nov 1st. My vet recommended Trupanion and I am so glad that I listened. Every customer service person is knowledgeable and caring. Each person speaks of my pet by name and understands and guides me through the process.
