Our Dog is so Lucky to have Healthy Paws Pet Insurance
We adopted our Charlie dog when he was five months old and we were told that he was a lab mix. He was a beautiful light brindle with golden eyes and the sweetest personality. We wanted to make sure he was healthy and happy and got Healthy Paws Pet Insurance. In his first couple of years, we used it a few times -- even once for kennel cough. It was "handy" in the way we thought pet insurance would be. Before he turned 2 years old, he got diagnosed with a rare and debilitating cancer. We were so stunned. We were even told after several blood tests and ultrasounds that we should just let him get comfortable. But luckily an oncologist suggested chemotherapy because he was just so young. Healthy Paws ALLOWED US TO EVEN CONSIDER THAT AS A POSSIBILITY. He went through several rounds of chemotherapy (at a heavy cost every 3 weeks). After almost 8 months, his doctor said he was stable and in remission. Without Healthy Paws, their quick turnaround, ease of use on the app, and KIND CUSTOMER SERVICE, we wouldn't have our pup today. Nationwide is quick, fair and efficient.
Thank goodness for Nationwide pet insurance. We have never had a problem with making a claim, collecting reimbursements or trying to contact customer service. All events were seamless through this company. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Claims were processed so quickly and easily. I don’t know what I would have done without this insurance. My little guy was sick and needed expensive tests (cardiology, MRI, Spinal tap). Nationwide paid 90%! My cat and my bank account are ok now. Thank you!
