I enjoyed the direct connection with Blue Pearl Animal Hospital and how easy to was to submit a claim - get updated about the claim's process through email and be included on each step of the journey without having to constantly communicate with the Animal Hospital.

My dog has developed an ACL tear and the vet has recommended surgery to repair the damage. The estimates were submitted to the Trupanion staff and they were very quick to review thr documents and approve the surgery. Great company and product.
