Healthy Paws has done exactly what they say they will do.
When we signed our Gabby up for insurance we wondered if we even needed it. 0ver 3 years went by and then Gabby got sick, she has Liver disease, Pancreas not working and a Heart murmur. She has lost around 7 pounds. We took her to K-State Vetinary Hospital . I paid and then sent our bills to Happy Paws and they are very quick to respond and you will get a check in the mail. I really feel like we picked the best insurance for our dogs.

I choose this score because I put in for a claim for the first time. I don't know if it will take a long time to process the actual claim. But customer service has been great otherwise with answering questions and addressing concerns.
