My one year old cat has a UTI,, she is receiving care and doing better. When I talked to the trupanion employee, I was impressed that she really cared and was extremely compassionate. This is something you don't find very often. Thank you so much!!!

Monica is an excellent representative of your company.
Monica is an excellent representative of your company. She was extremely knowledgeable, answered all of my questions and we even chatted about other specific coverages such as medication, etc. should they come up. In addition to having an excellent understanding of her job, she was very friendly and didn't make me feel as though she was rushing through my phone call. She is an excellent source of knowledge, the customer is important, and should be recognized by the powers that be at Trupanion. Thank you for hiring such competent and friendly employees.

Which I find really nice to be able to talk to the same person and not be notified of inactivity disconnection every couple mins.
