Your policy on the appeal process is not very friendly.
Your policy on the appeal process is not very friendly. I was charged two deductibles for the same situation and now I have to jump through the hoops of getting a letter from the vet when trupanion could have contacted the clinic directly to clarify the matter . The doctor agrees with me that I shouldn't have been charged two deductibles.
