I’ll informed claim response to wellness policy
Claim was not paid according to items covered under the wellness policy. When I attempted to dispute the claim: the app doesn’t work for IOS (known issue), called twice during business hours and was on hold for over an hour each time, two emails went without a response. When I finally got connected, I was told it would take 30-35 days to underwrite my dispute.

The claim was approved the day I submitted and the reimbursement was in my account the day after that. Very Impressive.
It was easy to submit Sassy's claim on the Lemonade App and it was paid the next day. Customer Service called me to make sure I knew it was approved and to let me know the money had been deposited into my account. I was very pleased with how smoothly & easy it was to submit a claim.

Best Vet Insurance Ever!
Trupanion is the best, picked up Parker's prescription for his Cushing's Disease, submitted my claim by uploading my PDF receipt, the next day received an email that the claim had been approved and presto, the $$ was in our account within a couple of days. Thank You

Did my senior dog outlive his coverage?
Currently confused based on current claim “ approval” yet deductible suddenly matches claim. Are all future claims being approved but zeroed? Heart meds still covered, or will new zero formula only apply to new incidents? Communication/ clarification is always difficult
