Having two dogs with knee injuries, Trupanion made payment prior to being discharged for the 1st surgery and has pre-approved for the 2nd surgery scheduled next month. Our veterinarian accepts Trupanion so they will bill Trupanion and we pay after Trupanion's payment.

Trupanion handles my dog's claims quickly. Jake has been epilectic since he was two years old. Trupanion lets me know they have received the claims and updates me by text and email every step of the approval process.
