Another occurrence of "we never received it" from Trupanion. This has happened many times in the years I've been a customer. Not sure where faxes or emails go but there must be a Bermuda Triangle of sorts in your offices. I do recommend Trupanion but with caveats that they are slow to pay, prone to losing submissions.

Chloe's diagnostic testing has been stressful, but not the insurance claims to Trupanion. Trupanion's almost immediate response and payment to the vet has been perfect.
